This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are eager to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on exposure to the US hiring market. The intern will work closely with senior recruiters to source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSource IT candidates from the US market using LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor networks.Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.Communicate with candidates and vendors to gather details such as availability, skills, experience, and compensation expectations.Validate candidate suitability and alignment with client job requirements.Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline in an organized and timely manner.Assist senior recruiters in closing candidates and submitting profiles to clients.Dedicate 8 hours daily to recruitment activities (no part-time option).Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational background: B.Tech, BCA, BBA, , or HR-related discipline.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and new skills.Ability to work in a night shift aligned with US time zones.Must have own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection.Must obtain college clearance/approval to pursue the internship.Must be available for a minimum of 3 months.Comfortable with the stipend/budget offered for the internship.Who Should ApplyFresh graduates or students looking to start a career in US IT recruitment.Candidates who are disciplined, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Individuals seeking practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
