Job Title: Site – HR LeaderDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: MumbaiJob Summary: The Site HR Leader acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, leading the HRBP function across a headcount of 5000+ employees. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, retention, diversity, and culture across business units while ensuring operational and strategic HR excellence.
