Warehouse Manager

Job Description:- Oversee daily warehouse operations - Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities - Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels - Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts - Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff - Monitor employee productivity and performance - Ensure workplace health and safety compliance - Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization - Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation teams - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports - Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance - Control warehouse operating costs and budget - Resolve operational issues and customer complaintsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred - 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of inventory management systems - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
