The role includes team supervision, quality checks, and coordination with other departments to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activitiesInspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and qualityAllocate duties and prepare duty rosters for housekeeping staffTrain, guide, and motivate room attendants and housekeeping staffEnsure proper use, storage, and control of cleaning materials and equipmentHandle guest requests and resolve complaints promptlyCoordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departmentsMaintain housekeeping standards as per SOPsEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security proceduresAssist in inventory control, linen management, and minimizing wastageRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, with supervisory exposureStrong leadership and team-handling skillsKnowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipmentAttention to detail and quality controlGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidaysPreferred QualificationsDiploma or Certificate in Hotel Management / HousekeepingExperience in hotels, resorts, or serviced apartmentsSalary & BenefitsFree Accommodation ProvidedDuty Meals / Food ProvidedOther benefits as per company policy
