Position: Manager –TPM/TQMBusiness Unit / Function: Jubilant Ingrevia/Business ExcellenceSummary of Job:To establish TQM/TPM culture in the plant/siteKey Responsibilities:Work closely with teams to implement TQM/TPM and ensure its sustenanceCoach and Mentor the employees for Total Employee participation in the continuous improvementForm Quality Circles and lead daily/weekly meetings and Identify KPI’s for Quality Circle and link to business goalsPerform TQM process audits, address gaps and implement necessary actionsTrain and lead the teams for problem solvingCollaborate with steering committee for TQM/TPM progressImprove QMS through internal and external auditsEnsure that all associated employees work toward the common goals of improving productQuality-centric culture where every employee feels responsible for maintaining quality standards.No. of Reportees: Nil. It's an individual contributor roleQualification & Experience:B.Tech/MBA and Certified in ASQ’s Total Quality Management/ Certified TPM PractitionerKey Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral):Min 10-15 years’ experience into TQM/TPM ImplementationAbility to train and lead the teams on problem solvingEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with cross functional teamsProficiency in computer specifically MS officeExcellent Knowledge TQM/TPM process
