DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Picker to join our logistics team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting and will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements. Verify items against packing slips and ensure the correct quantities are picked. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking area. Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks safely. Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies and restocking items. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily targets.Skills and Qualifications1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Ability to read and interpret order forms and packing slips. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as required. Basic mathematical skills for counting and verifying items.
