The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions, designing training programs, and guiding team members to enhance customer service excellence across various hospitality functions. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating training workshops, monitoring and evaluating staff performance, and ensuring exceptional service standards in front office operations, food and beverage services, and overall guest experiences.QualificationsProficiency in Hospitality Consulting and Training methodologies Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring exceptional guest experience Expertise in Front Office and Food & Beverage operations Strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor and guide teams Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is an advantageSalary : 20,000-30;000 + Food & Accomodation .Property Type : Resort Property.Joining Status : Immediate
