Restaurant Franchise Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who is smart, proactive, and eager to learn. Prior experience in restaurants or hospitality is not mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between our company and the restaurant brand.Support sales efforts, including assisting with catering enquiries, conversions and follow-ups.Basic knowledge of accounting, billing checks, and daily/weekly sales reporting.Ensure the restaurant is adhering to brand guidelines and franchise expectations (non-operational oversight).Coordinate documentation, administrative tasks, and timely communication across teams.What This Role Does Not IncludeNo involvement in kitchen or restaurant operations.No staff handling, shift management, or daily store responsibilities.Not an outlet manager role.Candidate ProfileStrong communication and coordination skills.Quick learner with a positive, professional attitude.Comfortable with basic Excel/Google Sheets and digital communication tools.Freshers or early-career candidates are welcome-training will be provided.
