As an independent contributor you'll be at the cutting edge of technology, shaping the future of generative AI in healthcare. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative back-end and front-end solutions that will revolutionize the industry.An ideal candidate should have the following experience and or passion to build -- building end to end products- LLM-based agentic Systems- retrieval augmented generation, contextualization, query enhancement, reranking etc.- mitigating hallucination and building policy based guardrails- Intelligent data crawling using LLMs, CV models, Playwright etc.- building high-performance, cost effective solutions using SQL/document/vector databases- building AI training and fine tuning pipelines- real time Human Feedback ingestionKey Responsibilities Collaborate closely with our founders to strategize on new features and AI products Build cutting-edge products leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and LLMs. Innovate solutions by anticipating potential challenges, modeling scenarios, and developing robust fixes. Drive the end-to-end implementation and testing of LLM integrations within our products.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred). 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency with Go, Python, React and modern front-end technologies. Strong experience in developing scalable web applications and backend APIs. Expertise in test-driven development and familiarity with testing frameworks. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Why Join Us? Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and make a real impact.Sounds Exciting ?Send along links that best showcase the relevant things you've built and done.
