Not even close.Role: Frontend EngineerLocation: RemoteRole Overview:We are hiring a Frontend Engineer to craft the user-facing experiences that make Joveo's platform fast, accessible, and intuitive. You will work at the intersection of engineering and design — turning complex data and workflows into clean, performant interfaces used by enterprise clients globally.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain scalable UI components and frontend systems- Implement pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces from design specifications- Optimize Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and accessibility (WCAG)- Collaborate with backend teams to define and consume API contracts- Write comprehensive tests for UI components and user interaction flows- Contribute to and maintain a shared frontend design systemRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong proficiency in React or Next.js with TypeScript- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern browser rendering behavior- Experience with state management, data fetching, and client-side routing- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or above)- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, or Cypress)- Strong eye for design quality and ability to collaborate closely with designersEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
