The role involves delivering high-quality engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with Australian standards and project requirements.Role :- Structural Engineer (Australian Exp only)Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake detailed civil and structural design for commercial and residential projects.Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and detailed drawings in line with company documentation standards.Ensure all designs comply with relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC).Deliver assigned tasks efficiently, meeting project deadlines and budget requirements.Design structural elements using timber, steel, and reinforced concrete.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.Maintain high attention to detail and quality across all deliverables.Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (recognised by Engineers Australia).Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Australian-based structural consultancy.Proficiency in engineering and drafting software, including:AutoCADSpaceGassStructural ToolkitMicrostranCheckwindStrong understanding of Australian Standards and the NCC.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth.Ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and work effectively under pressure.
