Through its work, Dibble Agri Sciences supports research initiatives and contributes to improving agricultural decision-making.Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and communicative Field Surveyors to conduct market research interviews with farmers in the states mentioned above. The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, fluency in Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati and Assamese, Kannada, Tamil, and a commitment to collecting accurate and high-quality data. You will play a crucial role in supporting research that helps improve agricultural practices and farmer well-being.Key Responsibilities:·      Conduct structured Market research interviews with farmers in assigned villages.·      Ensure accurate, complete, and high-quality data collection following survey protocols.·      Build rapport and maintain respectful relationships with farmers and local communities.·      Clearly explain the purpose of the survey and obtain informed consent from participants.·      Follow daily fieldwork plans and meet assigned targets and quotas.·      Report challenges or unusual findings to the field supervisor promptly.·      Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.Qualifications & Requirements:·      Language Proficiency:Must speak Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, TamilBasic English or any other languages is a plus.·      Education:Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields preferred.·      Other Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel to rural and remote areas.Responsible, punctual, and respectful toward farmers and local culture.Basic familiarity with smartphones/tablets·      Compensation:₹12,000- 15,000 per month.Travel allowance or local conveyance will be provided based on actuals/project policy.·      Joining:Immediate joining required.
