Job Description:

·     Kranium HR services has been retained by GM2INC for their hiring requirements.ResponsibilitiesConduct studies and analyses of electrical systems, focusing on design, calculations, and technical documentation.·      Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, reports, and documentation for electrical systems using Revit and AutoCAD.·      Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations in design projects.·      Develop electrical system layouts, panel schedules, circuiting, and load calculations for various facilities, including retail, commercial, office buildings, and housing.·      Perform electrical calculations for sizing equipment, conductors, and conduit while ensuring compliance with international standards.·      Conduct product research and document functional and code compliance aspects for electrical systems.·      Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and structural engineers, to integrate electrical designs seamlessly.·      Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed electrical system schematics, one-line diagrams, and power distribution layouts.·      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering tools.·      Support U.S.-based teams in design revisions, technical reviews, and documentation updates as required.·      Participate in virtual meetings with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.·      Incorporate sustainable design methodologies and energy-efficient solutions in electrical system designs.·      Perform quality checks and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of design deliverables.·      Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications·      5+ years of experience preferred·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).·      Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering design software is essential.·      Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting design, electrical circuit analysis, and code compliance.·      Experience working with MEP design firms, particularly for U.S.-based projects.·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.·      Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.·      Ability to work independently while coordinating with international teams to meet project objectives.·      Comfortable working in EST hours overlap (at least 3–4 hours/day) Compensation & Benefits·      Competitive salary based on experience·      Flexible work environment (remote)·      Opportunity to work on high-profile US-based projects·      Training and mentorship from licensed US engineers·      Potential for international travel or relocation based on performance
