Job Title: AI/ML EngineerLocation: BengaluruExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJD Proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity. 4+years of experience in Data science and Machine Learning. 1+ years of working in Gen AI and LLM’s 4+ years of Proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, is essential. 1+Years of experience in SQL Ability to build, train, and optimize machine learning models for production is required. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a strong asset. Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) for text and conversational applications is expected. Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and AI Agents is highly desirable.Familiarity with data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation best practices is crucial. Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration are required.Prior experience using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable deployments is preferred.
