Designcomprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessmentstailored to the academic curriculum. Conductdoubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and personalized mentorshipfor students. Track student performance throughregular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions. Maintaindiscipline and an engaging classroom atmosphereconducive to effective learning. Collaborate with theschool administration and facultyto ensure seamless program execution. Participate inParent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)and provide academic insights on student development. Uphold thehighest standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices.Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MSc./BSc. or anyBachelor's or Master’s degreein the respective subject.Experience: Minimum1–3 yearsof relevant teaching experience. Prior experience incompetitive exam coachingis an added advantage. Skills Required: Strongsubject knowledge and teaching pedagogy. Excellentcommunication, classroom management, and student engagementskills. Passion forteaching, mentoring, and academic excellence.
