Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Research and Development Business Analyst (Pharma). The R&D BA will support projects in the pharmaceutical industry by conducting scientific business analysis, defining solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with compliance standards. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between functional and technical teams, conducting research, and supporting R&D-related processes to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory skills to support pharmaceutical processesExcellent Analytical Skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilitiesEffective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, document findings, and present solutions clearlyAbility to conduct thorough research to support data-driven decision-making and project outcomesKnowledge of regulatory practices in the pharmaceutical and life science industries is highly desirableFamiliarity with cGxP/GAMP/21 CFR Part 11 Compliance is a plusBachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fieldsProficiency in working remotely while managing time and deliverables effectively
