The selected individual will handle day-to-day quoting, ordering, reporting and other order and supply management. The candidate will regularly communicate with customers on video, phone and email so having very strong english language competency is a mandatory requirement.QualificationsStrong english speaking and writing abilities to communicate with US and global customers1-2 years experience in sales or marketingCall center experience is a plusGenerating leads from linked-in etc and contacting themWork with suppliers on getting pricing, checking inventory and creating ordersFollow up with vendors on order statusSend order info to customers and keep them updated on regular basisEnter pricing info into e-commerce systemsDevelop understanding of computers specifically server hardwareExperience with Quickbooks Online Accounting Software is a plusExpertise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable functionsManagement of suppliers, invoicing, account setups, product sales tracking and reportingStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in office administration is a plusAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or related field
