This role will partner with clients in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, driving process design, system enablement, and operational transformation across supply planning functions.The ideal candidate brings prior consulting experience and hands-on expertise in IBP implementations within complex manufacturing environments, particularly those involving PCBA boards, sub-assembly boards, and SMT production lines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support IBP R&S and Supply Planning process design and transformation initiatives.Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable supply planning solutions.Drive end-to-end process planning improvements across demand-supply alignment, capacity planning, and production planning.Design and optimize supply planning processes in electronics manufacturing environments, including:PCBA board manufacturingSub-assembly board productionSMT (Surface Mount Technology) linesConfigure and support IBP tools aligned with best-practice supply planning frameworks.Conduct gap analysis between current-state and future-state planning processes.Develop governance models, KPIs, and reporting structures for planning excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, manufacturing, operations, and IT.Support testing cycles, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.Contribute to client presentations, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
