Revenue & Growth OwnershipOwn end-to-end online revenue generated via the websiteBe accountable for monthly and annual revenue targetsMake growth decisions with a strong focus on profitability, not vanity metricsContinuously identify levers to scale revenue efficiently2. Performance Marketing (Paid Acquisition)Own and optimize paid channels: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), GoogleControl and allocate ad budgets with strict ROI disciplineScale winning campaigns and aggressively cut underperforming spendCollaborate with creatives while staying performance-firstTrack CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin closely3. Shopify Store & Conversion PerformanceOwn the performance of the Shopify storeImprove conversion rate across the entire funnelOptimize:Product pagesPricing & offersBundlesCheckout flowMobile experienceDiagnose and fix friction points that reduce sales4.
