The Export Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service and experience. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, providing accurate shipping information, processing export documentation, coordinating with various departments, and supporting customers throughout the export process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
