Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Incharge located in Nashik. The Plant Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, Production planning with fabrication, machine shop, assembly shop & purchase department ensuring timely production, managing workers, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Plant Incharge will also monitor inventory levels, ensure the quality of output, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operation. Qualifications Experience in complete plant / factory management and operations Knowledge and experience of heavy engineering industries Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in safety and environmental regulations compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field Experience in the mining or construction equipment industry is beneficial
