Plan and celebrate organization-wide events, festivals, and milestones that make work feel like home. Be Our Internal Brand Voice Identify and empower internal brand ambassadors to share authentic, real-life stories. Craft engaging content — videos, blogs, testimonials — that spotlight our diversity, equity, inclusion, learning culture, and everyday employee experiences. Showcase Our Culture to the World Harness LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase our vibrant workplace and proud moments. Build our employer brand so that future talent dreams of working here. Spark Creativity Across the Employee Lifecycle Develop eye-catching newsletters, infographics, event invites, and campaign visuals. Experiment with fresh formats and ideas to keep communications exciting and memorable. What You Bring Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 8 years in internal communications, HR events, or employer branding. A natural flair for storytelling, creative content, and people engagement. Digital savviness, especially with social media and visual communication tools.
