Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager for Rest & Service Plaza development project on HBT Samruddhi Mumbai Nagpur Expressway, based in Maral bk. Taluka-Sinnar, District-Nashik.The responsibilities include overseeing project execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders,, managing construction schedules, and ensuring adherence to budgets and project timelines.The role also involves close monitoring of onsite construction activities, resolving project challenges, and maintaining quality standards to ensure successful project completion. QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.Relevant experience of 15 to 20 years with minimum 8 years experience as Construction Project Manager.Exposure to local market conditions pertaining to Construction Material and Labour.Comprehensive expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction ManagementProficiency in Project Coordination and Project ManagementStrong abilities in Budgeting and financial tracking for construction projectsExceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.Dedicated towards delivery of precision, Quality of Workmanship, Quality of Materials and Quality Output.
