Find a job you’ll love today!Position Purpose:The Director – Corporate Talent Acquisition is a senior individual contributor responsible for executing and shaping global corporate recruiting initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders and the Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition to drive strategic talent acquisition efforts, ensuring top-tier talent is sourced, engaged, and hired in alignment with business needs.Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.Lead full life cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.Leverage social media, professional networks, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates.Evaluate recruitment technology, advertising resources, and sourcing methods; make recommendations for optimization.Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local employment regulations.Build and maintain proactive Talent Pools for strategic succession planning and pipelining.Support employer branding initiatives through participation in external events and collaboration with marketing.Manage recruitment costs effectively, recommending solutions to stay within budget.Research and implement creative solutions for challenging requisitions and talent markets.Attributes & AttitudePlanning and organizingDecision-makingCommunication skillsInfluencing and leadingNegotiationKnowledgeBA or BS in Business, HR, Marketing or related field of equivalent education OR equivalent level of experience5–8 years of experience in corporate recruitment with a proven track record of successExperience working in high-volume recruiting industries preferred (Retail, Call Center, RPO) and/or experience working with a global or multinational company in BPO/Call Center industryDemonstrate a proven and successful track record in full life cycle recruitingStrong expertise in full life cycle recruiting and talent pipeliningProficiency in ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, and online recruiting toolsKnowledge of labor and employment laws and recruitment best practicesDemonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
