Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Process Improvement:Analyze quality data to identify trends, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and drive process efficiency. Compliance:Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and industry regulations. Auditing:Conduct internal/external audits and oversee supplier quality. Customer Focus:Address customer complaints and feedback to boost satisfaction. Reporting:Create reports for senior management on quality metrics and performance. Qualifications & Skills Experience:Proven experience in quality management, preferably in [Your Industry]. Technical Skills:Knowledge of QMS, statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and relevant software. Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, analytical, and project management skills. Certifications Preferred:Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor. Qualification: B.E.
