We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Project Lead – R&D (Wax Chemistry)Location: Nasik |AM Lubricants AM Lubricants is expanding its R&D capabilities and is looking for an experiencedPhD Chemistwith deep expertise inwax chemistry , especiallypolyethylene and paraffin waxes . In this role, you will lead end-to-end R&D initiatives, working on innovative wax-baseddispersions, emulsions, and specialty formulationsused across paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and plastics.What You’ll Do: Drive R&D projects in wax synthesis, modification & formulation. Develop next-generation dispersions/emulsions for industrial applications. Conduct hands-on lab work and support scale-up to production. Partner with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers.What We’re Looking For: PhD in Chemistrywith 8–12+ years of relevant industry experience. Strong background inpolyethylene and paraffin wax chemistry . Experience in emulsions, dispersions & application development.
