Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager--Marketing at our Nashik location. The General Manager--Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing the marketing team, and coordinating with the sales team to meet business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating market plans, analyzing market data, overseeing marketing campaigns, and fostering a productive team environment. Qualifications Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills Minimum 15-20 yrs experience in LV panel development. Sales and Business Development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Nashik Proven experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
