Job Description:

Responsibilities:Monitor the real-time performance of workflow systems to optimize resource allocation. Track progress of tasks and jobs to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines. Ensure the right work is assigned to the appropriate individuals or teams. Work with various teams, including development and operational staff, to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide technical support and cross-training to team members. Problem-solving: Ability to investigate issues and find solutions under tight deadlines. Analytical Skills: To monitor, analyze, and identify performance improvements in workflows. Communication: To effectively document processes and collaborate with different departments. Project Management: To coordinate tasks, prioritize work, and keep projects on track. Required Education: Degree in Life Sciences or higherRequired experience: Experience in Pharmacovigilance workflow case managementRequired technical skills: Microsoft package Pharmaceutical background – strong understanding of GVP, FDA, cosmetic regulations and regulatory requirements related to drug/cosmetic safety.Deep knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, adverse event reporting, causality assessment.Experience in reading and interpreting SDEAs or PVAsOrganizationTeam SpiritMethodicalAbility to make decisions Adaptability AccountabilityAdditional experience and/or skills:Emotional intelligenceAdaptabilityAnalytical skillsFlexibilityReliableStrong organization skills Punctual Database experience
