Their talented team ensures a seamless process to help clients achieve their desired goals in the gaming industry.About The Role:We’re looking for a Junior Game Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience working on mobile games. In this role, you’ll support the design and development of engaging, scalable mobile games by creating clear design documentation, building and iterating on prototypes, and working closely with the development team.This position is ideal for a designer who understands core gameplay loops and progression systems, is eager to learn, and wants to grow into full design ownership over time.What You'll Do:Gameplay & Feature DesignHelp design and refine core gameplay mechanics, loops, meta systems, and UX flowsBreak down high-level concepts into clear gameplay rules and player interactionsAssist in designing and balancing progression systems, rewards, difficulty curves, and in-game economiesSupport tuning efforts to ensure gameplay feels fun, fair, and well-pacedCreate level documentation, obstacle/combinations, and basic encounter pacing.Support content planning for updates, events, and new featuresPrototyping & IterationCreate simple grey-box prototypes to test mechanics and gameplay ideasIterate based on playtests, team feedback, and data insightsDocumentationWrite clean, structured, and practical design documents including GDD sections, feature specs, wireframes, and build notesEnsure documentation is easy for developers and artists to understand and implementAssist in designing LiveOps elements such as events, offers, and limited-time contentLearn and support retention-focused design (D1 / D7 / D30)What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)2+ years of experience as a Game Designer on mobile gamesPortfolio that showcases Solid understanding of core loops, progression, and moment-to-moment gameplayAbility to communicate ideas clearly through written documentation and simple visualsFamiliarity with iterative development and feedback-driven designPassion for playing and analyzing mobile gamesNice-to-Have:Experience working on hyper-casual games released on Google Play Store and/or Apple App StoreFamiliarity with hyper-casual design principles such as fast onboarding, short sessions, and clear player feedbackBasic understanding of analytics concepts (KPIs, retention, funnels)Experience creating grey-box levels or simple prototypes in UnityExposure to LiveOps, events, or monetization features
