CLO3D Designer

AboutWe're hiring experienced CLO3D Designer / 3D Garment Artists to recreate highly accurate digital garments from real-world inputs. This role is production-focused and technical. You will be responsible for building precise 3D garments using CLO3D based on reference images, DXF patterns, and technical specification sheets for leading global fashion brands.This is not a concept or fashion illustration role. Accuracy, realism, and attention to detail are essential.Responsibilities:Recreate garments in CLO3D from DXF files, spec sheets, measurements, and reference imageryBuild accurate digital patterns and garment construction in CLO3DCreate and apply realistic fabrics, trims, graphics, and printsEnsure correct fit, proportions, and garment behaviour based on technical inputsWork closely with the wider team to resolve 3D garment, fit, or production-related issuesPrepare and export garments for downstream workflows (e.g. rendering or real-time engines such as Unreal, when required)Maintain clean, well-organised CLO files suitable for production pipelinesRequirementsStrong working experience with CLO3D (this is mandatory)Proven ability to recreate garments accurately from DXF files and spec sheetsExcellent understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and fitExperience working with woven and knit fabrics in a 3D environmentAbility to interpret technical documentation and reference imagery preciselyHigh attention to detail and consistencyNice to haveExperience exporting CLO garments for rendering or real-time engines (Unreal or similar)Background in apparel production, technical design, or pattern-makingExperience working with international brands or production teams
