Graphic & Video Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Video Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing visual content and editing videos. The ideal candidate should be able to translate brand ideas into engaging creatives for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media while maintaining visual consistency and quality.Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, ads, banners, posters, and marketing collateralsEdit and produce engaging videos for social media, ads, reels, stories, and brand promotionsCreate thumbnails, motion graphics, and short-form video contentMaintain brand consistency across all visual assetsCollaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to develop campaign creativesOptimize creatives based on platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficientlyStay updated with current design, video, and social media trendsRequired Skills & Qualifications:1+ year experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor / Visual DesignerProficiency in design and video tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)Basic understanding of motion graphics and transitionsKnowledge of social media formats, aspect ratios, and content stylesStrong sense of color, typography, layout, and storytellingAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAttention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsPreferred (Good to Have):Experience creating creatives for digital marketing or social media brandsBasic knowledge of performance ad creatives (Meta, Google, YouTube)Experience in FMCG, eCommerce, or brand marketingPhotography or basic shooting knowledgeWhat We Offer:Creative and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work on brand campaigns and digital marketing projectsGrowth and learning opportunitiesCompetitive salary as per experience
