The organization not only engages actively with central, state, and local governments but also collaborates closely with national-level NGOs, influencing policy formulation and decision-making processes.Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can deliver high-quality visual communication across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be skilled in design tools, understand branding, and be able to produce creative and impactful content that aligns with BJS’s mission and communication goals.Key Responsibilities- Designing posters, presentations, brochures, reports, and other communication artifacts. - Creating digital content for social media and print media, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment. - Working on branding-related requirements, including visual identity, campaign assets, and brand guidelines.Education & Requirements- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Understanding design principles, layout, typography, and visual storytelling. - Photography and photo-editing experience are an advantage. - Full-time, work-from-office (Pune) availability. - Commitment to BJS’s mission, values, and ethical representation of communities.Skills- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Canva & basic Figma (preferred) - Social media design expertise - Print design knowledge - Strong visualization and layout sense - Attention to branding consistencyHow to Apply:Interested candidates can share their profile and portfolio to psaini@Remuneration: Based on the candidate’s current CTC & experience.Type of employment: Permanent (Work from office).Note: BJS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, disability or marital status.
