The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling assets, and a passion for innovation and aesthetics.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop visually appealing creatives for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding materials. Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas. Create infographics, ad banners, landing page layouts, and presentation designs. Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables. Stay updated with design trends, digital media requirements, and best practices. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in a digital or creative agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) or similar tools. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Experience designing for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing. Experience with UI/UX design and web layouts. Familiarity with Canva or Figma.
