If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance and a drive for excellence, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our dedicated team at FedTec.Position: AccountantWork Location: Remotely from anywhere in IndiaWork Timing : 6:30 PM IST - 4:00 AM IST Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reportsHandle bank reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing processesWork on US accounting standards (GAAP) and ensure complianceManage invoicing, billing, and collections for US clientsAssist in tax preparation and coordination with external auditors/CPAsMaintain proper documentation and accounting recordsUse accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar toolsCoordinate with internal teams and US clients for financial data and reportingRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of total accounting experienceMinimum 2 years of experience working with US-based companies/clientsProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)Advanced knowledge of MS ExcelGood communication skills (written & verbal)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in outsourcing/KPO environmentKnowledge of US taxation basicsExposure to API-driven or automated accounting processesAt FedTec we embrace the power of diversity, fostering a culture where varied thoughts, ideas, and perspectives empower our employees and partners to thrive.
