Job Details- Designation- Accounts Payable OfficerExp- 3- 7 yearsShift- APAC (7 Am-4 pm)Location- RemoteNotice- Max 15 Days Communication- Excellent (experienced in interacting with international clients)JD- Monitor and manage accounts payable email boxTimely and accurate data entry of accounts payable invoicesCo-ordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any quantity & price related queriesReconciliation of invoices and supplier statementsResearching and resolving any accounts discrepanciesProcessing and posting credits from suppliersSchedule and process supplier payment runs as requiredGenerating reports and statement for inte rnal use as requiredCreating Supplier accounts into ERP (RAMCO) /any otherBank Details verification with suppliers via phone call/ emailIdentify opportunities for system optimisation by reviewing and assessing processes and procedures and implement improvements.Ad hoc duties as required.
