Role Overview We are seeking a Territory Manager – School Partnerships to drive B2B sales and school onboarding in your assigned region. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where you will independently identify, engage, and close partnerships with K-12 schools for ALLEN's supplementary programs (Study Material, Recorded Programs, Test Series). Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential partner schools across the territory. Conduct consultative discussions with school management & academic heads. Pitch, present, and demonstrate ALLEN's EdTech solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding & partner satisfaction. Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets. Maintain CRM discipline and track pipeline progress. Desired Skills & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). 3–8 years of B2B / Institutional Sales experience (Education, EdTech, Publishing). Proven success in consultative / solution-based selling to schools. Strong communication, presentation & relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively (must own a valid license + 2/4-wheeler).
