Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Nanded. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, managing relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure product availability. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and reporting on sales performance. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in the commercial refrigeration or related industry Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage and maintain relationships with key clients Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
