From offline centers to online platforms and hybrid learning models, PW continues to transform the education landscape at scale.About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate / Senior Associate to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for someone who can plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, drive brand visibility, work with schools and local partners, and support strategic marketing initiatives.Primary Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to support business goals • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies for brand positioning and student outreach • Track and report campaign performance with clear metrics and ROI • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messagingSecondary Responsibilities • Conduct school visits and interact with tuition teachers to promote PW initiatives • Organize and manage canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and outreach drives • Participate in on-ground events around schools, colleges, and coaching centers • Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, tuition centers, and academic partners • Attend and represent PW at school and college events, including annual functions and pre-exam interactions • Collect and upload data into the system accurately for reporting and analysisKey Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders • Hands-on experience in field marketing and on-ground promotional activities • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve marketing efforts • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldworkQualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) • 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, or Brand Promotion (EdTech experience preferred) • Proven experience in campaign execution and stakeholder engagementWhy Join Us At Physics Wallah, you'll be part of one of India's fastest-growing and most influential EdTech brands.
