Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and ensure timely completion of projects. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for project execution. Provide technical support to customers during product installation and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and deliverables. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in retail industry or related field (architecture, interior decoration). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.A). Strong knowledge of building materials, contractors, engineers, interiors, institutions, secondary sales/B2B/project sales.
