Job Description:

Role ObjectiveTo convert approved proposals into confirmed school orders through regular follow-ups, discussions, and relationship management with school decision-makers. The role will mainly work through calls, emails, and online meetings.Key Responsibilities1. Opportunity Takeover & Requirement Alignment- Take over qualified leads from the inside sales team. - Understand customer requirements, decision process, and purchase timelines. - Establish connect with school stakeholders (Principals, Librarians, Admin teams).2. Proposal Discussion & Commercial Alignment- Present company profile, catalogues, and solution benefits. - Walk customers through quotations, pricing structure, and commercial terms. - Address customer questions related to product, pricing, and delivery by coordinating with internal teams.3. Follow-ups & Order Conversion- Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement until order confirmation. - Ensure smooth transition from proposal stage to confirmed order4. Limited Travel (If Needed)- Travel only for important or high-value opportunities if required. - Continue handling customer communication before and after meetings. (PR maintenance)5. Pipeline Tracking & Reporting- Track opportunities and update CRM regularly. - Maintain follow-up records and expected closure timelines. - Support monthly revenue targets. - Maintaining records in dashboard and google sheet.6. Customer Feedback Sharing- Share customer feedback and market inputs with internal teams.Preferred Experience- 3–4 years in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / B2B Sales Support - Education or institutional sales experience preferredKey Skills- Good communication and follow-up skills - Basic negotiation and discussion skills - Customer handling ability - CRM knowledge - Ownership and target focus
