Role: Direct Sales Executive Industry Type: Life Insurance Department: Sales Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: B2C Sales CTC - 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA Role and Responsibilities: Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients through direct channels Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements Candidate QualificationsPrevious Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, preferably in insurance or financial services. Experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information, listen actively, and respond to client inquiries. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Good negotiation and persuasion skills are essential.
