The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, pitching Justdial's services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collecting market intelligence, understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and managing negotiations and deal closures. As a representative of Justdial, the Field Sales Executive will work to create a positive customer experience and expand the company’s reach in the region.QualificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals. Proficiency in understanding market dynamics, client requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Skills in time management, problem-solving, and decision-making to achieve sales targets efficiently. Ability to work independently in a field-based role, with resilience and adaptability to handle challenges. Familiarity with CRM tools, market research, and reporting to analyze and optimize sales performance. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client servicing is an advantage.
