As we expand, we are seeking motivated and competent lawyers to join our growing team.Open PositionsWe are inviting applications for the following full-time, on-site roles in South Delhi:Associate (NCLT) – 1 position Junior Associate (NCLT) – 1 position Associate (Arbitration) – 1 position Junior Associate (Arbitration) – 1 positionRole DescriptionAssociates will independently manage day-to-day litigation before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, High Courts, Supreme Court, Consumer Forums, and Arbitral Tribunals. Junior Associates will assist in drafting, research, and case preparation under the supervision of senior lawyers.The ideal candidates must have specialized experience in NCLT, arbitration, and civil litigation along with excellent drafting and courtroom skills.Key Responsibilities1. NCLT & NCLAT MattersRepresent clients in insolvency, restructuring & company law disputes. Draft petitions, replies & documents for CIRP, mergers & related proceedings.2. ArbitrationManage domestic & international arbitrations. Draft SoCs, counterclaims, rejoinders & assist in award enforcement/challenges.3. Civil LitigationDraft & file pleadings, suits, appeals before civil courts & High Courts. Appear in hearings on property, commercial & contractual disputes.4. Research & Case StrategyConduct legal research & prepare briefs. Track latest judgments, amendments & practice developments.5. Client ManagementInteract with clients, provide updates & strategic advice.Key Skills & QualificationsLL.B. from awell recognised / premierUniversity.Experience Required:For Associates : 5–7 years in NCLT / DRT / Arbitration / Civil litigation.For Junior Associates : 1–3 years in relevant field.In addition: Good family background; Fluency in English language; Adaptive to a New environment; Timely delivery of the assigned work; Strong drafting skills (petitions, pleadings, contracts); Proficiency with Manupatra, SCC Online, Westlaw etc.; Excellent communication & advocacy skills; Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration aligned with experience & industry standards.
