Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Recruitment & Sourcing:·Source and mobilizeblue-collar candidates(workers, technicians, operators, supervisors etc.) for overseas client requirements. ·Build and maintainstrong sourcing pipelines through agencies, network of agents, sub-agents, training institutes, and technical collegesacross India. ·Usejob portals, social media, local networks, job fairs, referrals and field visitsto identify and attract candidates. ·Conductfield visits and recruitment drivesin different states as needed to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled manpower. ·Coordinatescreening, interviews, trade tests, and selectionof candidates as per client needs. ·Manage end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workers for GCC and Middle East.Coordination & Operations:·Work closely with the internal HR and operations teams to ensuretimely mobilization and placementof candidates. ·Maintain anupdated databaseof available candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill, and location. ·Helpboost placement numbersthrough proactive sourcing and continuous follow-ups. ·Ensurecompliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes.Networking & Relationship Management:·Develop and manage relationships withplacement agents, technical training centres and industry networks. ·Identify and onboardnew sourcing partnersin untapped regions to expand reach. ·Maintain strongrapport with field recruiters and candidatesto build long-term trust and reliability.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESRequired Candidate profileApplicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualification and experience criteria. ·Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related areas with proven experience in a professional office environment. ·Preferred candidate should be from Talent Acquisition background so as to have a better understanding of metrics. Candidates fromRecruitment Agencies, EPC, or Construction Manpower supplybackground preferred. ·The candidate should have 8 -10 years of Experience in Blue Collar Recruitment, preferably inEngineering, EPC, Manufacturing, Operations & Maintenance and Constructionsectors, in a fast- paced corporate environment. ·Proven experience infield sourcing and candidate mobilizationfrom different states of India. ·Strongnetwork and contactswith local agents, manpower suppliers, and technical institutes. ·Good knowledge ofonline job portalsand sourcing platforms. ·Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. ·Willingness totravel for field recruitment drivesacross India when required. ·Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. ·Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities ·Proven experience with office software such as Microsoft Office, Power Point - Ability to make interactive presentations and Generate Reports via Excel etc. ·Should have good command over electronic communication modes and effective utilization of social & professional networking sites - LinkedIN, etc. ·Proven experience in Documentation and Presentation, ·MIS expert, making reports ·Project Planning skills (preferred), Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. ·Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure. ·Should be proactive, having Professional Presence and Leadership skills ·Ability to work with people in multiple roles in a firm ·Attention to details even under pressure ·Maturity and responsibilityVacancy -1 Location -New Delhi Salary Range (CTC) -INR 4.8 – 5.4 LPA If interested, please send us your updated resume atjobs.habsons@
