Job Title: Personal Assistant & Admin to Managing Director Overview: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Admin professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. The role involves managing the MD’s schedule, coordinating travel, organising meetings, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The position also requires active coordination and communication with the entire team to maintain seamless alignment across departments.Professional Skills RequiredFollow-up Skills: Strong follow-up abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks by internal teams and external stakeholders. Education & Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate from an English-medium institution. Completion of an Office Management & Secretarial Practice course is mandatory. Software & Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and related tools for MIS support, data compilation, and document organisation. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication. Able to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. IT, Documentation & Correspondence: Skilled in drafting, proofreading, documentation management, official record handling, and correspondence. Google Workspace Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Alerts, Google Meet, and Google Calendar. Secretarial & Office Management: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with experience in managing office operations and official communication. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues. Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.
