We’re Hiring: Facility Executive | Physics Wallah VidyapeethLocation: Najafgarh, Delhi, IndiaFull-Time | 6 Days WorkingAre you a detail-oriented and proactive professional who ensures everything runs seamlessly?Join Physics Wallah (PW) — India’s most loved EdTech platform — as a Facility Executive and play a key role in delivering a smooth, safe, and efficient experience for our students and staff at the center!About the Role:We’re looking for a responsible and technically skilled individual who can manage day-to-day facility operations, ensure preventive maintenance, and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance at our Najafgarh center.Your Key Responsibilities:Facility & Equipment Maintenance- Maintain and troubleshoot ACs, DG sets, RO/Water systems, UPS, CCTV cameras, and fire safety equipment. - Ensure classrooms, lighting, seating, and IT assets are always functional. - Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues promptly.Preventive Maintenance & Safety- Implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. - Maintain AMC files, service logs, and compliance registers. - Follow safety SOPs and conduct regular fire and emergency checks.Vendor & Staff Coordination- Supervise housekeeping, security, and service contractors. - Ensure quality service and coordinate manpower requirements.Utilities & Cost Optimization- Monitor diesel, electricity, and water usage. - Recommend and implement cost-efficient measures.Inventory & Asset Management- Track consumables, tools, and spare parts. - Manage procurement, quotations, and asset tagging.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain logs, vendor reports, and incident records. - Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports.Cross-Team Coordination- Collaborate with admin, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of the center.Requirements:- Prior experience in facility or operations management preferred. - Basic Excel knowledge is mandatory. - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. - Hands-on approach and attention to detail.-Why Join Physics Wallah?Be part of a purpose-driven organization shaping India’s education landscape.
