The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is essential.Location:South Delhi, New Delhi Experience:0 to 2 years Budget:Upto ₹3 Lakhs Work Schedule:6 days a week (non-negotiable)Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Document customer interactions and issues in the system. Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service and support processes. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.Qualifications:Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
