Prepare presentation materials, take detailed meeting notes, ensure follow-through on action items, and provide reminders on priorities and deadlines. Track tasks, projects, and roadmaps while providing regular updates to leadership on milestones and timelines. Plan and execute internal programs and events, ensuring smooth coordination and successful outcomes. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and tact in all interactions. Manage multiple priorities effectively and remain flexible in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.Desired Skills and Experience:2+ years of experience working as a support function to a startup founder. Strong background in calendaring, meeting preparation, and managing strategic projects. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a fast-growing company environment is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required.
