We collaborate with grassroots organisations across the Himalayas and India, sourcing fair-trade, sustainable ingredients.Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven individual who can manage and streamline operations across business functions while supporting the growth of a global luxury brand.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day business operations across B2B & D2C channels Manage MIS reporting, financial tracking, and administrative workflows Coordinate across e-commerce, production, logistics, and supply chain Handle client communication and portfolio management Support imports, exports, and vendor coordinationWhat We’re Looking For 5–7 years of experience in operations/business management A degree in Business Management / Finance / Accounts is preferred Strong understanding of e-commerce, logistics, and production Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and execute independently A conscious mindset aligned with sustainability and ethical practices
