Company Description Claymango is an online marketplace of creative and designer products where one can discover unique products from creative people around the world.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifestyle Product Designer located in South Delhi. The Lifestyle Product Designer will be responsible for designing lifestyle products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, following design trends and creating a portfolio of innovative designs, and working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to bring designs to life.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing lifestyle product designs. Proficiency in design softwaresuch as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling tools likeBlender, Rhino and Keyshot Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in the lifestyle product industry.Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to generate innovative ideas for lifestyle products that align with our brand's vision and customer preferences. Product Design: Utilize your design skills to create sketches, digital renderings, and prototypes of lifestyle products, considering aesthetics, functionality, and usability. Material and Manufacturing Research: Conduct research to identify suitable materials, production techniques, and manufacturing partners, ensuring the feasibility and quality of product designs. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging lifestyle trends and consumer preferences to ensure that our product designs remain relevant and attractive in the market. Product Testing: Coordinate product testing and refinement to address any issues related to product performance, safety, or quality. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from design concept to market launch. Cost Management: Monitor and manage the costs associated with product development to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
